Job Description

Role & responsibilities Network Expansion / Real Estate Secure optimal sites/land parcels at strategic locations for network Expansion to setting up New Retail Outlets (CO Sites) & other infrastructure, through multiple channels of sourcing (Internal/external) as per the defined process. Liaison with internal & external stakeholders to generate multiple land options. Performance management of Sourcing Channel Partners to ensure sustained momentum of Option generation meeting the basic plot norms and statutory requirements. Develop and provide inputs for developing an Investment framework for land. Engage with external Agencies to assess Land Title for the Assets & assess Fair Market value. Evaluation of options, feasibility and recommend suitable options within the defined Investment framework. Conduct thorough due diligence on each option in terms of suitability to company requirements for mitigation of risk related to any land matters that might arise in the future. Facilitate Internal approvals and provide a range of negotiations to concerned team members. Seek necessary Title Clearances for the proposed land parcels, interphase with legal Dept to seek clearances. Facilitate execution of necessary agreements and securing sites. Ensuring and maintaining a repository of Land-related documents in Physical & Digital form. Take ownership of the successful outcome of the end-to-end process from Option Generation to Lease Deed/Sale Deed execution and handover to the Projects team for construction and commissioning. Maintain up-to-date MIS on each option, sourcing partner-wise, from Option Generation to RFC. Prepare Weekly Reports for submission to Management on progress on Actuals V/s Targets. Preferred candidate profile Education Required: BE, preferably MBA Experience Required: 8-12 years of work experience in Real Estate Business Development, Strategy, Network Expansion, Sales, Channel Management or Project Management Should have excellent understanding of land and revenue matters Should have high work ethics Self-motivated, Go-getter attitude and High performer
