The Senior Technical Writer will develop, maintain, and improve high-quality technical documentation for Capital Markets within the Architecture team. This role requires someone who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation for multiple audiences including IT administrators, implementation specialists, end users, and executive stakeholders. What will you do? Develop comprehensive architecture documentation, including architecture guidance, technology guidance and product guidance. Assist in communications and presentations to stakeholders. Collaborate with product management, engineering, solutions architects, and customer success teams to gather accurate technical information Establish and enforce documentation standards, style guides, and templates across the enterprise Conduct technical accuracy reviews and coordinate SME reviews across departments Implement metrics to measure documentation effectiveness and ROI What do you need to succeed? Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Computer Science or related field 5+ years of technical writing experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise software documentation Demonstrated experience developing documentation for complex enterprise software systems Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, infrastructure, and implementation processes Experience with enterprise documentation tools Familiarity with content management systems and documentation portals Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, etc.) Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple high-priority projects Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional enterprise teams Nice-to-have Experience with enterprise knowledge management strategies Understanding of change management processes in enterprise environments Experience with enterprise governance and compliance documentation Familiarity with agile development in enterprise environments Experience with enterprise search optimization techniques
