Experience- 3- 7 years Responsibilities Content Creation: Develop, write, and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, API documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for SaaS, Cloud, and AI/ML platforms. Technical Understanding: Demonstrate strong knowledge of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI/ML concepts, including model training, deployment, and integration. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and data scientists, to gather technical information and transform it into user-friendly content. API Documentation: Write and edit API documentation with a focus on RESTful APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows to guide developers effectively. Version Control and Tools: Utilize tools like Git, Markdown, and documentation platforms like Confluence, ReadTheDocs, or similar to maintain version-controlled and up-to-date content. Editing and Review: Proofread and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides, including those for international audiences. User-Centric Writing: Develop content tailored to various user personas, including technical developers, business users, and system administrators. Learning and Development: Stay updated on the latest SaaS, Cloud, and AI/ML trends to incorporate relevant, cutting-edge insights into documentation. Graphic Representation: Create visual aids, such as diagrams, flowcharts, and illustrations, to simplify complex concepts and enhance user comprehension. SEO and Accessibility: Optimize content for search engines and ensure compliance with accessibility standards like WCAG to enhance usability and reach. Qualifications 1. Good verbal and written communication skills. 2. Good Research skills and ability to articulate that knowledge in the writing. 3. A good knowledge on features and components of business applications like CMS, CRM, OMS etc., 4. At Least for the prop-shop requirements, we need someone who has experience in writing for sales deals. 5. The same industry experience is preferable. Show more Show less
