Own the end-to-end requirement process for onsite (US Recruitment) and strategic roles from requirement gathering to closure Manage end-to-end hiring needs for onsite roles Work collaboratively with managers and supervisors to develop proactive recruitment plans that meet the current and projected hiring needs Conduct HR rounds for selected candidates before offer Effectively source passive candidates for current and future project needs Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources 8+ years of experience in the IT recruitment industry, preferably in software service companies.
