Job Title: IT Recruiter (Apple Experience Required) Location: Onsite hybrid for Locals/ Remote for non-locals Job Description: We are seeking two experienced IT Recruiters within 5-7 years of recruiting experience, specifically supporting Apple as a client. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a tech-savvy mindset, and a deep understanding of IT recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify IT candidates for Apple-specific roles. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and Monster Portal for talent sourcing (experience with JobDiva or other tools will not be considered). Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer negotiations. Work closely with resource managers and recruiting lead to understand job requirements and provide top-tier talent. Maintain and update candidate pipelines and databases. Required Qualifications: 5-7 years of IT recruitment experience, with direct experience supporting Apple as a client. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and Monster Portal. Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies. Ability to assess candidate qualifications and experience based on Apples hiring standards. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup. Disqualification Criteria: Candidates who have not worked on Apple requisitions previously.
