Sr. US IT Recruiter Roles and Responsibilities The essentials requirements for the US IT recruiter are as follows: Bachelors/Post graduate degree with excellent communication skills. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. Should posses the vast network of Prime vendors, Direct clients database. Must be Familiar with resume submitting process, talking with vendors and meeting the expectations of the clients. Must have professionals skills in building relations with new vendors, clients using social network sites such as LinkedIn. Good negotiation skills, finding right candidates and searching appropriate positions based on the resource skills set, etc. Should be able to work in CST (Time zone). Vast experience with US job portals/platforms like Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc. Vast knowledge in preparing resumes for the Candidates as per US format. Must have strong presence on LinkedIn.
