Job Tittle: Sr. US Technical Recruiter Experience: 5+ Years Location: Noida / Hyderabad Job Type: Full Time Job Description We are looking for an experience US IT Recruiter with strong experience of Corp to Corp hiring. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience sourcing, screening, while working with implementation partners and directs clients. Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers and leads to understand the role requirement and ideal candidate profiles. Source, Screen and evaluate candidate as per the requirement. Conduct Initial Technical screenings to assess candidate skill sets. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate outreach to offer negotiation and acceptance. Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and vendors. Ensure new hires have seamless transition into the organization including Pre-onboarding and documentations. Skill Set Required 5+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hiring Experience with Financial and Insurance client preferred. In-depth knowledge of job boards and ATS tools.
