Role DescriptionThis is a full-time for an Senior Design Engineer in the Headquarters. You will be responsible for creating and developing a companys products and systems that meet customer requirements and industry standards.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign Development:Lead and participate in the development of engineering designs from concept to completion.Utilize CAD software and other tools to create detailed designs, technical drawings, and prototypes.Apply engineering principles and best practices to optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency.Project Management:Manage design projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities across different teams.Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and quality standards.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Technical Expertise:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design engineering.Troubleshoot technical issues, propose solutions, and implement design improvements.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, present design proposals, and participate in design reviews.Foster a collaborative environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.Quality Assurance and Compliance:Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.Conduct design reviews, perform quality checks, and validate design outputs.Implement corrective actions and improvements based on feedback and testing results.Documentation and Reporting:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as design specifications, technical reports, and project documentation.Generate progress reports, feasibility studies, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain organized records of design iterations, revisions, and project milestones.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
