Job Summary:The Green Skills Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on sustainability, eco-friendly practices, and sustainable development goals (SDGs). The trainer will prepare students and trainees for the green skills needed in industries such as electric vehicles (EVs) and solar energy. This role involves creating learning objectives, evaluating training effectiveness, and presenting training materials with confidence and clarity, and working in close collaboration with the project team.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive learning materials and training plans for ev skills programs and prepare and train students graduating from ITIs and Polytechnic colleges on sustainable practices and evs.Provide hands-on, practical training to students, allowing them to gain the necessary skills and experience to secure green jobs or start their own sustainable businesses/jobs.
