Role & responsibilities CRM Strategy Development: Design and implement CRM strategies that align with company goals and objectives to improve customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction. Customer Data Management: Oversee the management of customer data, ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR). Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns, personalized communication, and loyalty programs to target and engage customers effectively. Customer Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver tailored communications, offers, and experiences to different customer groups. CRM Platform Management: Manage and maintain CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to streamline communication and customer interaction, ensuring data is being used effectively. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance through CRM reports and data analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on customer messaging, outreach, and service initiatives. Customer Experience Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the overall customer experience, identifying pain points and opportunities to enhance engagement.
