Job Summary:As the Agri Procurement Head, you will be a strategic leader responsible for managing the procurement function related to Agri inputs for Poultry Feed production. Reporting directly to the Commercial Head, your role encompasses the following key areas:Key Accountabilities:Procurement of Agri Inputs:Oversee the sourcing and acquisition of Agri raw materials/inputs required for Poultry feed production.Collaborate with suppliers, farmers, and vendors to ensure a steady supply of key inputs like Maize, Soya and other Agri inputs needed for Feed production.Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to ensure a consistent and cost-effective supply chain.Vendor Development & Relations:Build and manage strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and establish favourable terms.Drive initiatives for supplier diversification and risk mitigation. Quality of Inputs:Ensure the quality and compliance of all Agri inputs.Implement quality control measures throughout the procurement process.Regularly assess suppliers adherence to quality standards. Cost of Procurement Optimization:Monitor procurement costs, including pricing, transportation, and handling.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising input quality.Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize cost structures

Role & responsibilities Role Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and optimize our logistics operations across PAN India, with a specific focus on Maharashtra and Karnataka. Roles & Responsibilities:Oversee the tax compliance of the group companies, Promoters, LLPs.Monitor TDS compliance of the Group companies, Promoters, LLP’sEnsure timely filing of TDS, Income Tax returns including Form 61 & Form 61AEnsure TDS on salaries are complied withEnsure timely payment of taxes, Advance tax for all the group companies, LLP’s & Promoters Ensure to obtain tax certifications like 15CB, 15CA, Form 3CEB, Form 3CEABEnsure timely response to statutory authorities for the notices issued & representing before tax authoritiesMonitor GST compliance of the Group companies includes GST returns, payments, Annual returns & analysis of transactionsEvaluate the tax planning areas and implement the same in the organizationContract/agreement vetting from the taxation perspectiveCo-ordinate in all the transaction/group restructuring process as assigned by management time to timeRegular knowledge update to the team members on tax updates and also ensure the proper mechanism in place to comply the new tax regulation time to time.Preparation of Financial statements for group companies, LLP’s monthly, quarterly and annual basisPreparation of Deferred tax workings Preparation of DNBS filings/ RBI compliance dataEvaluate the accounting standards and ensuring they are complied with.Co-ordinate with Auditors for statutory/tax audit/ transfer pricing audit and finalising the annual reports and filingsAdditional works as and when allocated by management.
