Role & responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives. * Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities. * Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue. * Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and tour operations. * Ensure efficient and effective delivery of travel services and packages. * Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of service. * Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. * Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. * Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives. * Maintain a strong online presence and manage social media channels. * Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents and corporate clients. * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. * Formulate process to address customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. * Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses and profitability. * Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. * Implement financial controls and procedures to prevent fraud and ensure accuracy.Preferred candidate profile * Bachelor's degree in business administration, tourism management, or a related field (Master's preferred) with around 5 years of total experience within the travel or tourism industry and minimum 5 years in leadership role * Strong understanding of the travel market, including trends, regulations, and best practices. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.Perks and benefits Commensurate Salary
