Role & responsibilities * Bring in a graduated increase in car rental business* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives* Identify opportunities for growth and improvement to achieve revenue targets and profitability* Ensure efficient fleet utilization to maximize revenue* Ensure compliance as per client requirement* Manage and optimize the rental process, from reservation to vehicle return, to ensure a vow customer experience i.e., enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty * Capture the market and increase brand presence * Ensure resolution to customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.* Manage receivables and payables* Engage in targeted business outreach to maximize organizational growth Preferred candidate profile * Any graduate / post graduate with around 15 years of travel industry experience* Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets* Must be able to speak English, Hindi, Telugu * Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesPerks and benefits Competitive SalaryDynamic and challenging work environment
