Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions. Industrial Relations: Handle labor disputes and negotiations with unions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and maintain positive relationships with labor representatives. HR Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Manage employee performance and development programs. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws. Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and activities. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals. Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform business decisions. Develop and implement employee retention strategies . Qualifications: Proven experience in HR and industrial relations roles. Masters degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Preferred Skills: Masters degree in HR or related field.
