Our Client is leading Construction Equipment Role & responsibilities 1. Identification of existing and probable risks of (specifically Internal, Financial, Transactional, Process centered, Management, Reporting and other similar natured risks) and such threats to India. 2. Planning & Conducting of Internal Audit at regular intervals. 3. Driving the mitigation plan of various risks and internal audit deficiency noted for India. 4. Laying down process controls and ensuring adherence to the same for all critical monetary transactions. 5. Driving compliances with applicable laws. 6. Benchmarking of best risk measurement and control practices with Indian Listed Organizations. 7. Informative MIS reporting on all the above parameters to the senior management. 8. Drive system automation to re-orient business processes. 9. Effective engagement with external audit agencies to achieve strong synergies and progressive efficiencies. Preferred candidate profile Experience : 8 to 12 Years CTC Budget : 22 to 35 LPA Qualification : CA Age Limit : 30 to 37 Years
