Role & responsibilities Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and payroll administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements. Handle employee engagement initiatives, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions. Maintain and update HRMS, dashboards, and MIS reports. Coordinate training programs and performance appraisal processes. Liaise with government authorities for HR-related compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).Preferred candidate profile Qualification : MBA HR/Diploma/HR Course People oriented and result drivenDemonstrable experience with human resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to lead a teamAbility to multitask and work under pressureCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Effective negotiation, communication skills, problem solving and time management skillsIntegrity and confidentiality Well versed with Microsoft Office Perks and benefits Hospitalization benefitMandatory details:Work Timing: Monday to Saturday || 10am to 6pm
