About SSG To tap into various opportunity present in the market, KPMG has created the Special Situaons Group focusing on providing services in the areas of Resoluon advisory, Infrastructure Corporate Finance and Insolvency Professional (IP) Advisory. The Special Situaons Group is looking to hire an Analyst in the Resoluon Advisory and/or Infrastructure Corporate Finance domains. The pracce provides end-to-end services to lenders, sponsors, investors in the areas of sell-side and buy-side M&A, resoluon, fund raising, debt renancing and restructuring services. Role and responsibilies ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Understang on various Banking products for Corporates (such as Term Loan, working capital products, non-fund based products, etc.) Understanding of various Restructuring Products (Financial Restructuring/ OTS/ ARC Sale, etc.) in line with RBI guidelines Project Management, cash management, overseeing the accounng and operaons of the companies. To assist in various acvies involved in the enre transacon cycle including deal structuring, term sheet negoaon, client relaonships etc. Analyzing the nancial and operaonal posioning of the Company and assist in day-to-day operaons of the company. Ability to work on various research databases including EMIS, Capitaline, etc., analyze nancial statements of the companies and assist the team in research work. Develop a good insight of the industry and the key trends on the specied sectors. Assimilate and lter various sources of informaon to idenfy well-researched deal opportunies, under the guidance of the manager. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Coordinang pitch presentaons, as a part of business development eorts Understanding on RBI regulaons on NPA/Stressed assets and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. ¢ Assist the Insolvency Professional in the Corporate Insolvency Resoluon process and liquidaon advisory as per the provisions of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 Qualicaons Graduate degrees in commerce, nance and/or economics from reputed Instutes with ¢ consistent academics with a minimum of 60% throughout X, XII, Graduaon (unl now) with no acve backlog. The Individual ¢ ¢ Acumen to study and analyze nancial statements, rao analysis, projecons, etc. Experse in working on MS Excel, word and PowerPoint presentaon to analyze data, create reports and deliver impac¢ul business insights. ¢ ¢ Strong oral and wri¢en communicaon High Learning Curve, Proacve and Team player
