Staff Accountant

Agastya Invention Pvt. Ltd., a growing manufacturing company specializing in industrial fabric solutions, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team at our factory located in Sumeet Logistics Park . You will be a great candidate if you have experience working as an Accountant and are looking forward to growing with the company. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations using Tally ERP Handle GST filings, returns, and reconciliation Maintain compliance with ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations Prepare monthly and annual financial reports Ensure timely vendor payments, invoicing, and ledger reconciliation Assist with audit preparation and documentation Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams for compliance updates 🔹 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Proficient in Tally ERP Strong understanding of GST, ESI, PF , and compliance requirements Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Willingness to work on-site at the factory every day 🔹 What We Offer: A stable, full-time role in a growing company Opportunity to work directly with the leadership team Professional environment focused on growth and compliance Show more Show less
