Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management: Lead and motivate a team of augmented professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Manage team workload and ensure efficient resource allocation. Resolve team conflicts and address any issues that may arise. Project Management & Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate them. Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices. Client Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve project delivery and team performance. Staff Augmentation Process: Collaborate with recruitment and sourcing teams to identify and onboard augmented professionals with the right skills and experience. Ensure that augmented professionals are properly trained and integrated into the team. Manage the lifecycle of augmented professionals, from onboarding to offboarding. Monitor the performance of augmented professionals and provide feedback to both the team and the augmentation provider. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in leading and managing teams , preferably in a technical or project-oriented environment. Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, execution, and delivery . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of staff augmentation processes and best practices. Technical background or experience in relevant industry or domain. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
