Closely collaborate with Design Team, Test engineering, Production, Applications, Validation and PJM, during the entire life cycle of product development and production ramp-up. Job Description Closely collaborate with Design Team, Test engineering, Production, Applications, Validation and PJM, during the entire life cycle of product development and production ramp-up. Enable Product Development : Part Setup, Hardware Availability at respective sites for Testing & Qualification. Availability of Sort, Product & Qual Test Programs and other related screening measures. Production and yield monitoring with respect to technology, product and per business needs. Ensure manufacturability of products by yield, fail pareto, test coverage analysis and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) approaches for new products Help & Analyse root cause for deviations from production targets as quality, performance or cost by co-ordinating with different stakeholders Data analysis (assessment, correlation, investigations) Ramp-up new products and rapidly bring-up test yield Take responsibility for special lot clearance and actively manage associated risks Monitor Product Qualification activities and summarize the QUAL results. Drive and implement innovation methodology activities in product engineering Run Global Cross Functional Team Meetings to ensure product development activities are on track. Support PJM in timely closure of project timelines. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: A Bachelor-Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering , with 8+ years of relevant Work experience in the semiconductor industry, OR A Masters-Degree in Electronics / Microelectronics / VLSI or related fields plus 6+ Years of relevant working experience within the semiconductor industry Ability to adapt, bootstrap to project needs and attitude to learn new concepts in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge about IC manufacturing and production flow including processing, assembly, production test and qualification Programming skills in Perl/Python for Automation . Any other programming skills is a plus. Hands-on experience/exposure on data analysis, statistic methods as well as data base handling using Semiconductor production data statistical tools Experience with mixed-signal power ICs is IDEAL. Good knowledge/understanding of measurement, validation or design of electronic systems ISO 26262 Certifications, QUALITY Related Certifications like FUSA/6-sigma/FMEA etc, Data Modelling for AI/ML activities is an added plus. Good command of English language Ability to work across different time zones and work with multi-cultural teams
