The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, particularly in critical care, and a passion for geriatric care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management. Monitor and assess residents’ health status, especially those with complex needs. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions. Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and family members for comprehensive care planning. Maintain accurate nursing documentation and resident records. Supervise and guide nursing aides and support staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control policies. Support residents’ emotional well-being and promote a dignified, respectful care environment. Participate in ongoing training and development activities. Required Qualifications: GNM, ANM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid nursing registration with [Insert Relevant Nursing Council]. Minimum 1–2 years of ICU experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
