Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.. Maintain accurate patient records and charts. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the patient environment. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care. Comply with infection control protocols and safety procedures. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
