About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Program Manager to join our team in Chennai. As a Staff Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex programs from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Your major end result will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality programs that meet or exceed customer expectations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, or related field 6+ years of experience in program management or related field Experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in Agile methodologies and tools Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex programs from inception to completion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management Skills: As a Staff Program Manager, you will utilize your strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to lead and manage complex programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and utilize your expertise in program management to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
