Job Description

Lead the design and architecture of systems and applications. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of software systems. Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Implement security best practices to protect data and systems. Identify technical backlog and drive to completion Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level engineers. Guide team in solving complex and priority technical issues. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the implementation of new technologies. Advocate for technical excellence and continuous improvement. Contribute immensely to innovation and cost-saving initiatives within the organization. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Upskill team with these updates Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align on goals and objectives. Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively detect and address issues. Perform regular system maintenance and updates. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, systems, and processes. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Mentorship and Training: Align technical initiatives with the overall business goals and objectives. What You ll bring At least 10 years of IT experience. Advanced proficiency in Java, Springboot, React Strong design and architecture skills, particularly in microservices architecture. Experience with Databricks, Service bus, Data pipeline development. Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams. Expertise in implementing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Strong understanding of system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization. Knowledge of security best practices for data and systems protection. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical issues. Ability to identify and drive process improvements and innovation. Effective communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration. Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Experience with Gen AI tools and their application in software development. Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Ability to align technical initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
