Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced BFSI Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and placing top-tier talent within the Banking and Insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in BFSI recruitment within the domestic staffing industry.As a BFSI Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and presenting qualified candidates to meet our clients' specific staffing needs.Responsibilities :Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements within the Banking and Insurance domains.Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the BFSI industry to source, screen, and identify candidates with relevant skills and experience.Employ various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach, to build a diverse talent pool.Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess their technical skills, domain knowledge, and cultural fit for the BFSI sector.Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with candidates and clients.Work closely with the management team to establish recruitment strategies that align with client goals and industry trends.Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.Provide timely and relevant updates to clients regarding candidate progress and recruitment status.Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about potential job opportunities and industry insights.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the BFSI sector.Collaborate with team members to share best practices, insights, and market knowledge. Qualifications:Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a BFSI Recruiter within the domestic staffing industry.Proven success in recruiting for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance positions.In-depth understanding of the BFSI sector, including roles, functions, and industry trends.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers effectively.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
