We are seeking a Senior Designer to contribute to our innovative projects and support our growth globally across 45+ countries. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of machine systems, with a strong emphasis on machine design involving sheet metal fabrication, mechanisms, and material processing. Design pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, and sensors, and ensure efficient integration of all components. Supervise a team of junior designers, ensuring error-free designs, drawings, and timely project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly the manufacturing team, to ensure seamless implementation of design specifications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure high-quality outputs. Ensure designs are in line with industry standards, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's goals. Conduct regular reviews of designs and ensure that all specifications are met during the manufacturing process. Manage the execution of design projects, ensuring proper documentation and accurate bill of materials (BoM).Qualification: BE in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Electrical. 6 to 8 years of experience in machine design with significant exposure to sheet metal fabrication, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and material processing. Proficiency in SolidWorks/SolidEdge is essential. Strong knowledge of mechanisms and theoretical principles, as well as hands-on experience with sensors and implementation. Ability to lead and coordinate a team of designers to achieve project goals and deliverables. Ability to coordinate closely with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth execution.
