It partners with educational institutions, government bodies, and industry leaders to create scalable and impactful development models. About Career Development Centers (CDCs): Established in collaboration with the University of Delhi and other institutions, CDCs serve as platforms for career readiness, startup incubation, and leadership training for youth. These centers offer technical, vocational, and soft skill development programs while connecting students with mentors, industry experts, and investors. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive individual to serve as the Startup Ecosystem & CDC Backoffice Coordinator. This full-time role will serve as a key operational and strategic anchor across the Samarth Bharat Career Development Centers (CDCs), ensuring seamless coordination of back-office operations, skilling initiatives, startup programs, branding activities, stakeholder outreach, and high-level appointment setting with government and private partners. Key Responsibilities 1. CDC & Project Operations Management Manage back-office operations of CDCs across multiple DU colleges. Coordinate with Convenors, Co-Convenors, student leaders, and external partners to ensure effective execution of CDC events and training. Maintain centralized data dashboards tracking activities, student outreach, training progress, and outcomes. 2. Skilling Program Coordination Support design and implementation of technical and entrepreneurial training (AI, Digital Marketing, GST & Tally, Design Thinking, etc.). Monitor batch formation, trainee enrollment, attendance, assignment uploads, and certificate distribution. Facilitate On-the-Job Trainings (OJTs) and ensure their tracking, feedback, and assessments. 3. Startup Ecosystem Engagement Support and coordinate Samarth Bharat’s startup incubation initiatives like Startup Adda, Bootcamps, and Accelerator Programs. Liaise with startup founders, venture capitalists, and university alumni for talks, mentoring, and investment engagement. Manage Super 24 and Seed Fund/VC rounds pipeline and support new startup branding and pitch readiness. 4. Branding, PR, and Communication Support creation and dissemination of branding materials for startups, training programs, and CDC events. Manage communication channels including SMO, PR, and outreach departments. Create and maintain stakeholder decks, concept notes, proposals, and one-pagers for collaborations. 5. Government & Industry Stakeholder Coordination Fix appointments and manage schedules of Samarth Bharat’s leadership team with key startup ecosystem stakeholders and government departments. Track tenders, partnership calls, and MoU opportunities from NSDC, KVIC, AICTE, etc., relevant to skilling and entrepreneurship development. Prepare follow-up reports, meeting briefs, and post-meeting action notes. 6. Data Management & Reporting Maintain centralized MIS for all programs using Excel and cloud systems. Ensure batch-wise, college-wise, and department-wise reporting is done monthly. Generate reports on key impact metrics such as student participation, certifications issued, internships placed, and events completed. 7. Cross-functional & Inter-departmental Coordination Ensure alignment of marketing, finance, event management, and technical teams for smooth project execution. Monitor inventory, venue logistics, digital tool access, and technical support for hybrid or in-person sessions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Public Policy, Education, Social Impact, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, skilling, startup ecosystem, or CSR operations. Proficient in data tools (Excel/Sheets), documentation, and presentation making (PowerPoint/Canva). Strong communication, networking, and proposal writing skills. Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders – government, academia, students, and private sector. Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities. Desirable Traits Passionate about youth development, entrepreneurship, and nation-building. Experience working in education/skill development ecosystems (like NSDC, PMKVY, KVIC programs). Prior engagement with university systems or student incubation programs is a plus. Familiarity with UN SDGs, ESG frameworks, and outcome-driven education projects.
