Trusted by individuals, retailers, and businesses alike, we strive to ensure secure, fast, and scalable solutions that simplify daily financial interactions.Position: State Head – MumbaiWe are looking for a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead our operations in the Mumbai region as State Head.Key Responsibilities:Spearhead regional growth across all service verticals including DMT, AEPS, BBPS, Recharge, DTH, Flight Booking, Payment Gateway, and Credit Card Bill Payment.Develop and execute state-level business strategies to drive revenue, market expansion, and partner engagement.Lead a cross-functional team to ensure efficient operations, compliance, and service delivery excellence.Strengthen the agent and distributor network to enhance last-mile connectivity.Candidate Profile:A minimum of 10 years of experience in fintech, digital payments, or the BFSI sector, with proven leadership experience at the state or regional level.In-depth understanding of agent-assisted models, digital transaction frameworks, and financial service distribution.Exceptional leadership, operational, and analytical skills with a focus on performance-driven execution.Ability to build strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.Join us in transforming the way India accesses financial services.
