Job Title: State Head Collections Department: Field Operations (FOS) Location: Patna, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Bangalore ( No relocation allowed ) Reporting To: Regional Head Collections Job Purpose: Seeking an experienced State Head Collections to lead and optimize field collection operations. This leadership role involves managing Team Leaders and Field Agents to achieve collection targets, ensure compliance, and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Implementation: Execute state-level collection strategies aligned with business objectives. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and drive performance of Team Leaders and Field Agents. Performance Management: Track collections, analyze data, and implement corrective measures. Operational Efficiency: Optimize costs, logistics, and standardize collection processes. Escalation Handling: Resolve high-priority disputes, legal matters, and key client issues. Data & Reporting: Monitor key metrics and provide reports to senior management. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure legal adherence and mitigate operational risks Training & Development: Drive staff training on compliance, ethics, and best practices. Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities to enhance collections and efficiency.
