Job Description

Objective : Develop strategies & implements plans to grow wires and FMEG categories from ground-up, drive sales across B2B & B2C segments and achieve profitable growth in wires & FMEG business Roles & Key responsibilities: Individual with strong Product Knowledge, Financial Acumen, Customer Relationship Management, Problem solving skills, Powerful Negotiator, growth vision, go-getter mindset, ability to collaborate and mentor junior team members Overall Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography Responsible for driving market programs - trade schemes, influencer engagement, etc.; and market shares Appointing the Distributors, and Sub Dealers/Retailers under Distributors Responsible for ensuring trade discipline , mix delivery and distribution metrics Lead territory teams and ensure market discipline, coverage norms and administration Build steadfast relationships with trade , influencers , contractors, channel partners ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration Coordinate with various stakeholders in supply chain and manage sales logistics Monitor attrition and support in recruitment of Territory Managers (TM) Qualification: Bachelors degree any discipline; Postgraduate in Management (MBA/PDGM/PGP) preferred Experience: 18-25 Years
