Role & responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and grow market share in the state Build, Develop and train the business team to achieve the outcomes from the respective areas Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, installation partners, and other stakeholders Provide technical support and guidance to the teams and clients throughout the sales process and project execution Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors offerings and activities Collaborate with internal teams, including design engineering, project management and accounts to ensure successful project executions Preferred candidate profile He/She must have experience of working in Solar Industry MBA or Graduate with good aptitude and technical skills will be preferred.
