Desired experience in supporting a B2B environment, Interaction with internal and external clients Strong experience in Business Process (BPML) development and Complex scenarios Sterling Integrator Simple and Complex Mapping Experience. Sterling Integrator Partner Setups Configuration Changes Business Process development debugging changes IBM Sterling File Gateway Setup using FTP SFTP HTTP etc. Strong Communication skills Flexible to work on Shifts Need to participate in Production Support to resolve critical issues Providing time line updated to Client and Internal teams
