Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management (MDM) Architect with expertise in Stibo or Stibo STEP. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data modeling, governance, and security while being able to analyze existing systems and propose future-state architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities: Leverage expertise in Stibo or Stibo STEP for effective MDM solutions. Design and implement master data management strategies for large-scale datasets. Conduct system reviews by interviewing technical stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and document the As-Is state. Develop a future-state architecture plan with clear comparisons between Stibo and other potential solutions. Ensure robust data governance, data security, and performance optimization in MDM solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MDM solutions seamlessly into enterprise systems. Required Qualifications: Proven experience with Stibo or Stibo STEP. Strong background in master data management (MDM) and data modeling. Ability to analyze complex systems and document existing and future-state architecture. Hands-on experience in data governance, security, and performance management. Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with additional MDM tools and solutions. Knowledge of cloud-based data management solutions. Previous experience working in enterprise-scale environments
