Job Overview: STOCK CONTROLLER Company Overview: Ideal Prepaid is a leading Metering and Ulies Company, dedicated to providing innova¢ve solu¢ons in the industry. We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to join our team and eciently manage inventory and stock processes. Job Responsibili¢es: . Material In/Out Management: Maintain and update stock movement records through sheets and internal systems. . Stock Audit: Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure accurate inventory levels. . Invoice Process: Oversee invoice processing and ensure ¢mely documenta¢on. . Filing of Sales and Expenses: Maintain proper records of all sales and expense transac¢ons. . Receipt Entries in Tally: Accurately book receipts and nancial entries in Tally. . Pe¢y Cash Handling: Manage and track pe¢y cash expenses eciently. . Mismatch Resolu¢on in Tally: Iden¢fy and resolve any discrepancies in Tally while upda¢ng invoices. Qualica¢ons & Skills: Proven experience in Stock Control, Inventory Management, and Accounts Handling. Prociency in Tally ERP and MS Excel. Strong organiza¢onal and analy¢cal skills. Ability to work independently and handle stock discrepancies eciently. IdealPrepaid, youll also have: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel , ERP, Tally Work ¢ming - Fixed Shi¢: (09:30 am to 06:30 pm). Monday to Saturday. Salary per Month 25,000 CTC Per month
