Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and support whilefostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. Collaborate effectively within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning,stand-ups, and retrospectives. Conduct unit and functional testing using tools such as React Testing Library, Jest, andEnzyme to ensure robustness and reliability of developed solutions. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, employing analytical thinking to tacklecomplex challenges specific to the Self Storage domain. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices within the Self Storage domain,actively contributing to the team's continuous improvement.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of professional experience in developing web and mobile applications usingfull-stack development stack - Node.js and React Native. Proficiency in React Native, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and AWS cloud services. Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus. Good to have experience in GraphQL, Webhooks, Micro Frontends, and MongoDB. Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3. Experience with event-driven architecture and technologies like Kafka. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation. Exposure to high-performance distributed systems is a plus. Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases. Strong knowledge of software design patterns and best practices. Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking. Proven ability to mentor and guide team members.
