The ideal candidate will be responsible for storage provisioning, data backup, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and security compliance to ensure smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Storage Management: Administer, configure, and optimize SAN (Storage Area Networks), NAS (Network Attached Storage), and cloud storage solutions. Data Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and data replication solutions. Performance Monitoring: Monitor storage performance, capacity planning, and troubleshooting storage-related issues. Security & Compliance: Ensure data security, encryption, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.). Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts for storage provisioning and management. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval processes. Documentation & Policy Management: Maintain documentation of storage architectures, policies, and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in storage administration, data backup, or related roles. Technical Skills: Expertise in SAN, NAS, DAS, and cloud storage technologies Hands-on experience with storage solutions like NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE, IBM, Pure Storage, and Hitachi Knowledge of backup and recovery tools such as Veeam, Commvault, Veritas NetBackup Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) Experience with RAID configurations, storage replication, and deduplication Certifications (Preferred): NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA), Dell EMC Storage Administrator (EMCSA), HPE ASE - Storage Solutions & AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty (for cloud storage) Why Join Us?
