નોકરીની જવાબદારીઓ:- • વ્યૂહરચના બનાવવા અને તેની ખાતરી કરવા માટે જવાબદાર છે કે સોંપાયેલ પ્રદેશ માટે વેચાણ લક્ષ્યો પૂરા થાય છે અને વેપાર • માર્જિનને નિયંત્રિત અને મોનિટર કરવા માટે • રિટેલરોનું સંકલન & તેમની સાથે સારો રેપો જાળવો • દૈનિક બજાર અહેવાલોનું સંકલન (સ્પર્ધા વિશ્લેષણ) • કંપનીના ખાનગી લેબલ ઉત્પાદનો માટે કવરેજની પહોળાઈ અને ઊંડાઈ વધારવી. • પ્રમોશન યોજનાઓ અને અન્ય કંપની નીતિઓ અને પ્રક્રિયાઓનું અમલીકરણ. સિસ્ટમમાં નવા સંભવિત આઉટલેટનો ઉમેરો • મુખ્ય રિટેલ આઉટલેટ્સ સાથે સંબંધોનું સંચાલન Job Responsibilities:- • Responsible to strategize and ensure the sales targets are met for the assigned region and business. • To control and monitor Margin • Coordinating retailers & Maintain good repo with them • Compilation of daily market reports (Competition Analysis) • Increasing the width and depth of coverage for company private label products. • Implementation of promotion schemes and other company policies and procedures. • Addition of New prospective outlet in the System • Managing relationships with key retail outlets
