Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Assistant located in Mumbai. The Store Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, managing store inventory, organizing merchandise, and maintaining the overall store appearance. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and supporting the team with training and onboarding new staff members. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Retail Sales experience and strong Organization Skills Understanding of retail KPIs (a must) Ability to train and support new team members Team player with a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail management or related field is a plus Show more Show less
