We specialize in solar panels, inverters, and custom solar installations for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Job Summary: We are hiring a Store Executive – Solar to handle our warehouse operations in Bhopal. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating material movement, and ensuring smooth store operations with a focus on solar components. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming solar materials (panels, inverters, structures, etc.) Maintain accurate stock records using Excel or ERP software Issue materials to project teams as per requirement and documentation Conduct physical stock verification and monthly audits Coordinate with procurement/logistics for inward/outward material Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of items Supervise loading/unloading and material movement in the store Follow safety and handling procedures for solar and electrical items Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical preferred) Minimum 2 years of store or warehouse experience (solar or electrical sector preferred) Knowledge of inventory management systems (Excel, Tally, ERP) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage helpers/labour Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
