Regularly conduct inventory checks and stock audits to minimize discrepancies. Regularly update inventory systems to track stock movements, updates, and changes in. real-time. Ensure the accuracy of inventory records across all platforms (physical stock and digital. records). Provide general assistance in managing store operations, including answering customer. queries, processing returns, and providing on-the-floor support as needed.
