Job Description

Role & responsibilities Inventory Management: Execute and monitor all SAP S/4HANA transactions related to inventory management, including goods receipt (GR), goods issue (GI), stock transfers, and physical inventory counts. Having Knowledge about the STPO, Sub-Contracting PO Creation and Stock movement. Maintain accurate inventory records within SAP S/4HANA, while moving stock from one location to multiple location. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, working closely with relevant departments. Implement and adhere to established inventory control procedures. Generate and analyse inventory reports from SAP S/4HANA to identify trends and potential issues. Warehouse Operations: Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse. Ensure proper organisation and layout of the warehouse for optimal space utilisation and accessibility. Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely inbound and outbound shipments. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse. Utilise SAP S/4HANA to manage warehouse movements and track the location of materials. Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures. Utilize relevant SAP S/4HANA transactions for store-related inventory and sales processes. SAP S/4HANA Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to store and warehouse management (e.g., MM, WM/IM, SD). Proficiently execute transactions related to purchase orders, goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, sales orders, and deliveries within SAP S/4HANA. Troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA related issues and escalate them appropriately. Participate in SAP S/4HANA training and stay updated on system functionalities and best practices. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on inventory levels, warehouse activities, and store performance using SAP S/4HANA data. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Present findings and recommendations to management. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with other departments, including purchasing, logistics, sales, and finance. Maintain clear and concise communication with team members and stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile Must knowledge of SAP in 1 or 2 years
