Job Description

The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the store, ensuring effective stock management, and maintaining high levels of customer service. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring inventory levels, managing supplies, ensuring accurate records, and meeting sales targets. The Store Incharge ensures that all activities are carried out efficiently, in compliance with company policies, and contribute to the smooth running of the store. Key Responsibilities: Store Operations : Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products. Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, audits, and reports. Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and ensure proper documentation of stock movement. Sales and Customer Service : Drive sales to meet or exceed store targets and KPIs. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Provide guidance to the sales team on customer service best practices and selling techniques. Staff Supervision : Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to enhance performance and productivity. Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Conduct performance evaluations and offer coaching when necessary.
