Job Description

Responsibilities & duties: 1. Supervise site staff, subcontractors, and labourers, ensure site safety, security. 2. Receive, inspect, and store construction materials. 3. Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels. 4. Process material requests from project sites. 5. Verify material requirements and ensure timely issuance. 6. Inspect materials for damage or defects. 7. Provide assistance to project teams and site staff. Qualifications 1. Having 2+ years of experience in store management for construction materials. 2. Bachelor, s degree (will preferable). 3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials. 4. Excellent communication, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills. 5. An ability to manage time and workload efficiently.
