1. Inventory Management: Keeping track of all materials, tools, and equipment in the store. This involves recording the quantity and condition of items and ensuring that stock levels are maintained. 2. Receiving Goods: Checking incoming deliveries against purchase orders for accuracy and quality. This includes inspecting materials for damage and ensuring compliance with specifications. 3. Issuing Materials: Distributing materials and tools to construction teams as needed, ensuring that the right items are delivered to the right locations at the right times. 4. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns. This is essential for inventory control and financial reporting. 5. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that materials are stored safely and in compliance with regulations. This includes organizing the storage area to prevent accidents and ensure easy access to items. 6. Communication: Coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and procurement teams to understand material needs and delivery schedules. 7.
