Job Description: Store Manager Position: Store Manager Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pan India Department: Retail Operations Job Summary: The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading a team, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. Drive sales and meet or exceed store targets through effective team management and customer engagement strategies. Recruit, train, and develop store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial records. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within retail.
