Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Jewellery Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of jewellery products, and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience . Stock Management: Receive stock details at the beginning of the day & at the end of the day from counter sales executive check, compile & send report to Manager. Prepare & provide stock requirement sheet to Manager & coordinate. Daily Agenda: Take a quick meeting with all team members at the beginning of the day & discuss agenda of the day, assign tasks, provide guidance & resolve queries if any. Key Account Management: Divide customers in A, B & C category by observing the purchase trend & provide special services to A category customers that is key accounts. Also convert B category customer to A & C into B. Conversion: Keep track of the customers & try to convert those who are not converted by counter in charge. Maintain record of the customer those are returning without purchase. Housekeeping & Display: Ensure all the counters and shelves are clean and display is attractive. Provide guidance to set the attractive display, provide ideas and themes according to festivals and customer preferences. Ensure basic housekeeping standards are maintained . Stock Repair & Polish: Ensure damaged products & Jewellery that required polishing are repaired or replaced/polished & maintain stock of the same. Order: Receive specific requirements of Jewellery from customer, understand the same & forward to order department with specification. Ensure it is as per customer requirement. Follow up & ensure on time delivery of the same. Team Management: Resolve team members queries & ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. Set goals for team members and provide guidance to improve performance. Motivate team to achieve business targets. Customer Service: Ensure order related commitments are fulfilled. Do follow up for order completion from HO. Ensure quality services are offered to customer & develop service culture in the showroom which will lead to customer retention. Follow up for delivery of order with customer in case of specific order from customer . MIS & Reporting: Provide daily/monthly reports to Management in the provided format .
