Dinkers Squad is our dedicated pickleball brand, focused on promoting and supplying high-quality pickleball gear. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee our retail operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Store Operations & Sales: Manage day-to-day operations of the World of Table Tennis Store and Dinkers Squad retail section. Ensure optimal stock management, minimizing slow-moving inventory. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations. Develop and implement strategies to increase in-store and online sales. Handle order processing, billing, and inventory control efficiently. 2. Customer Engagement & Service: Provide expert advice on table tennis and pickleball products to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with players, coaches, and institutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 3. Inventory & Vendor Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking. Identify fast-moving products and optimize inventory planning. Work closely with the procurement team to source quality products at competitive prices. 4. Digital & Offline Sales Support: Assist in managing online sales via the company website and Amazon. Support marketing efforts through social media and WhatsApp promotions. Collaborate with coaches and institutions to expand B2B sales. 5. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain sales records, generate reports, and ensure smooth transactions. Assist in managing pricing strategies and product discounts. Work towards improving profit margins by controlling expenses. Key Requirements: Experience: 3+ years in retail sales, preferably in sports or related industries. Knowledge: Strong understanding of table tennis and pickleball equipment. Skills: Sales, inventory management, customer service, digital marketing exposure. Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about sports retail. Education: Any graduate degree (sports management or business background preferred).
