The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail operations, team leadership, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced mobile retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily store operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.Provide expert guidance to customers on Apple, Samsung, and other leading wireless brands.Manage stock levels, inventory controls, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.Train and upskill team members on product features, brand positioning, and effective sales strategies.Resolve customer queries, escalations, and provide after-sales support in a professional manner.Ensure compliance with operational processes, company policies, and safety standards.Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and submit reports to senior management.Key Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wireless/mobile phone retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Apple and Samsung devices.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to drive sales, manage team performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.Tech-savvy with a passion for the latest developments in mobile technology.Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is an added advantage.To Apply: Send your updated resume to anurag@csgroup.in with the subject: “Store Manager Application – [Your Name]”
