Job Description: Branded Diamond Jewellery Showroom Manager Position: Showroom Manager Location: [Noida Sector 18 / Blue Sapphire Mall Greater Noida / Ghaziabad / Morbi / Rajkot (Gujarat) Gandhinagar / Ahmadabad (Gujarat ] Experience: 5+ years in luxury retail/jewellery sales Industry: Branded Diamond Jewellery Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead operations at our branded diamond jewellery showroom . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury retail, jewellery sales, and team leadership . The role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining the showroom's premium brand image. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Customer Service: Drive showroom sales and achieve revenue targets. Provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience to high-net-worth clients. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized services. Train staff in customer engagement, product knowledge, and upselling techniques. 2. Showroom Operations & Management: Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring smooth functioning. Maintain a premium showroom ambiance and adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure excellent visual merchandising and product display. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishment. 3. Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Set sales goals and provide ongoing coaching to enhance performance. 4. Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute showroom-specific promotions and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team for brand events and activations. Build partnerships with influencers and local luxury communities for brand awareness. 5. Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Oversee security measures for high-value inventory and showroom safety. Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer data. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills in the luxury retail industry. Excellent leadership, team management, and training abilities. Deep understanding of branded diamond jewellery and gemstones. Exceptional customer relationship management and communication skills. Proficiency in showroom operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Strong business acumen with experience in sales forecasting and budgeting. Knowledge of jewellery certifications, hallmarking, and diamond grading. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in luxury retail/jewellery sales , with at least 3 years in a managerial role . Experience in handling high-net-worth clients (HNI) and corporate sales is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software, POS systems, and MS Office .
