Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive store sales to meet and exceed targets. Monitor KPIs and analyze performance data to optimize profitability. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop store staff. Set clear goals and expectations for the team and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a positive and productive team environment. Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance with SOPs. Maintain high store standards in terms of hygiene, display, and functionality. Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for replenishment. Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal promotions.
